i’m proud of myself.
sunday i had a basketball game, so i ran
monday i went to woodale with katie and did ten laps. we walked,jogged, then did a jog/sprint lap. and we did three of those. and then we did some walking and some jogging laps.
tuesday i had open gym, but i got there early. and stayed late to play a full court game for 20 minutes. and then i did thirty-one crunches.
and today i’m running at woodale again (:
yay for exercising!
